General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for clinical psychological counseling, treatment and diagnostics

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for clinical psychological counseling, treatment and diagnostics between Lic. Sonia Sánchez-Korn, MSc, MU (hereinafter "provider") and her customers (hereinafter "customers").

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded in person or online.

By making an appointment, the customer accepts the provider's offer to conclude a contract.

§ 3 Services

The provider provides clinical psychological counseling, treatment and diagnostics in accordance with current scientific standards and professional regulations.

The provider is subject to the Psychologists Act and the associated professional regulations.

The services are provided by individual appointment.

A session usually lasts 50 minutes.

§ 4 Terms of payment

The prices stated are final prices.
Payment is made by bank transfer or cash. The amount is due immediately after the service has been provided.

§ 5 Appointment and cancellation conditions

Appointments are arranged individually.
A free cancellation of the appointment is possible up to 30 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations made less than 30 hours before the appointment, the full fee for the agreed service will be charged.

§ 6 Confidentiality and data protection

The provider is subject to the statutory duty of confidentiality. All information obtained as part of the consultation and treatment is treated as strictly confidential.

The provider collects, processes and uses customers' personal data exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions.

§ 7 Liability and warranty

The provider is only liable for damages that are based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
The provider is only liable for simple negligence if essential contractual obligations are violated.
The provider assumes no liability for the success of the treatment.

§ 8 Information and consent

Before treatment begins, the customer is fully informed about the goals, methods and possible risks of the treatment.

The customer agrees to the treatment and consents to the collection and processing of his data.

§ 9 Final provisions

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

Changes or additions to these terms and conditions must be made in writing.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, as far as legally permissible.
