Session with biofeedback device
Biofeedback is about influencing physical and neuronal processes that are sometimes unconscious. Various measurements such as skin conductivity, temperature or muscle tension are recorded and visually displayed in real time. Participants learn how their thoughts and cognitions trigger physical reactions and develop the ability to consciously regulate these processes.
